Suchtvorbeugung im Familienalltag

Der ganz normale Familienalltag stellt Eltern und Kinder immer wieder vor neue Herausforderungen. Im Rahmen eines zwei- oder mehrteiligen Elternseminars können in gemütlicher Atmosphäre Erfahrungen ausgetauscht, Herausforderungen im Erziehungsalltag diskutiert und mögliche Handlungsalternativen erarbeitet werden. Erziehungsfragen werden dabei aus suchtpräventiver Sicht beleuchtet.

Nach Besuch des Basisseminars „Geschützt und gestärkt dem Leben begegnen“ stehen den Teilnehmer*innen ein oder zwei weitere Seminare aus verschiedenen Themenbereichen zur Auswahl.

Suchtvorbeugung in der Familie

Suchtvorbeugung bedeutet, die Persönlichkeit eines Menschen zu stärken und ihn damit weniger anfällig für die vielfältigen Formen von Sucht zu machen. Dabei steht nicht das Wissen um Substanzen im Vordergrund, sondern Kinder und Jugendliche im Alltag zu stärken.

Vom verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Alkohol

Wie Eltern einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit „diesem besonderen Getränk“ vorleben und ihre Kinder begleiten können.

„Über Medien reden“

Herausforderungen und Chancen im digitalen Familienalltag

Die „neuen“ Medien haben gute Seiten, bergen aber auch Risiken und Gefahren. Wie Eltern ihren Kindern und Jugendlichen einen Rahmen für eine kritische und verantwortungsvolle Mediennutzung geben und eigene Medienkompetenz vorleben können.

Kommunikation in der Familie

Für Kommunikation braucht es ein klares und interessiertes Gegenüber. Durch ehrliche Kommunikation in der Familie bekommen Kinder und Jugendliche Orientierung und Sicherheit.

Prävention von Essstörungen

Zu viel, zu wenig, Essen als Ersatz für Zuwendung u.v.m zeigen problematisches Essverhalten auf. Die Entwicklung eines positiven Körperbildes und der entspannte Umgang mit Essen sind wichtige Säulen in der Prävention von Essstörungen.

Vom Wurzeln-Geben und Loslassen-Können

Zentral für Kinder und Jugendliche ist das Erleben einer positiven, stabilen Beziehung zu ihren Bezugspersonen. Eine sichere Bindung gilt als wichtiger Schutzfaktor gegen eine Suchtentwicklung.

Eltern sein in Trotzphase und Pubertät

Auch wenn es mal herausfordernd wird – Kinder und Jugendliche möchten und brauchen die Begleitung ihrer Eltern. Über die gelingende Beziehung in turbulenten Zeiten.

Innere Stärke als Schutzfaktor

Leben zwischen Langweile und Freizeitstress

Der Tag von Kindern und Jugendlichen ist oft gut durchgeplant. Hobbys, Hausaufgaben und Pflichten im Familienalltag lassen wenig Freiräume zu. Aber gerade in den langweiligen Stunden wird die Kreativität angekurbelt und der Blick auf die eigenen Gefühle und Bedürfnisse geschärft.

Lebenskompetent durch Bilderbücher (für Eltern von Kindern von 0–6 Jahren)

Lebenskompetenzförderung passiert beim (Vor)Lesen ganz „nebenbei“ und Gesprächsanlässe laden zum Beispiel zum Austausch über Problemlösungen ein.

Zielgruppe

  • Eltern von Kindern aller Altersstufen

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Dauer: mind. 2 Seminare zu je 2 Stunden
  • Inhalte: auf das Alter der Kinder abgestimmt
  • Teilnehmer*innen: mind. 7 bzw. max. 16 Personen (Anmerkung: Da die Termine aufeinander aufbauen, empfehlen wir, dass die Gruppe der Teilnehmer*innen an allen Terminen unverändert bleibt.)

Wir bieten die Seminare gerne in Zusammenarbeit mit Elternbildungsinstitutionen, Schulen, Kinderbildungs- und -betreuungseinrichtungen und anderen Stellen, die mit Eltern arbeiten, an. Auf Anfrage auch online umsetzbar.
