App für Jugendliche

Ready4life ist eine App, die sich an Jugendliche richtet. Die Nutzung ist kostenlos. Jugendliche, die in Zukunft weniger oder gar keine Nikotinprodukte mehr konsumieren wollen, finden damit einen persönlichen digitalen Coach. Dabei lernen sie, ihr eigenes Konsumverhalten zu beobachten, zu kontrollieren, Alternativen zu entwickeln und ihr neues Verhalten zu festigen.

In „Ready4life“ geht es neben Tabak und Nikoitn auch um Stress, Bewegung, Sozialkompetenz, Alkohol, Cannabis sowie Social Media & Gaming. Jeder Jugendliche kann dabei auswählen, welche Themen für ihn wichtig sind.
