Mit Ihrem persönlichen Bibliotheksausweis, den Sie bei uns für eine einmalige Einschreibgebühr in Höhe von 3,50 Euro erhalten, haben Sie kostenlosen Zugriff auf unsere komplette Fachbibliothek.

Nutzungsbedingungen

Bibliotheksausweis

  • Ihr persönlicher Bibliotheksausweis berechtigt Sie zur kostenlosen Nutzung der Bibliothek und aller entlehnbaren Materialien. Für die Ausstellung ist eine einmalige Einschreibgebühr in Höhe von 3,50 Euro zu entrichten.

Entlehndauer

  • Die Entlehndauer beträgt 1 Monat.
  • Die entlehnten Bücher können auch per Post retourniert werden, die Sendung muss jedoch eingeschrieben aufgegeben werden.
  • Nach Ablauf der Entlehndauer wird pro Woche eine Strafgebühr von 1,00 Euro eingehoben. Sollte ein Buch innerhalb von drei Monaten nicht retourniert werden, muss es in voller Höhe bezahlt werden. Bei Beschädigung sind die entlehnten Materialien zu ersetzen.

Bücherauswahl

  • Wählen Sie die von Ihnen gewünschten Bücher, Videos, DVDs, Unterrichtsbehelfe und Arbeitsmaterialien direkt aus unserem Online-Katalog aus.

Versand

  • Wir schicken Ihnen die Bücher (max. fünf Stk.) eingeschrieben – auf Ihre Kosten (Erlagschein wird beigelegt) zu.

Kosten und Ablauf

  • Die Nutzung der VIVID-Bibliothek ist kostenlos
  • Es ist eine einmalige Einschreibgebühr von 3,50 Euro zu entrichten (Rechnung mit Erlagschein wird zugeschickt)
  • Das Porto (Bücher müssen eingeschrieben retourniert werden) ist von Ihnen zu tragen
  • Bei der Rücksendung bitte Kopie eines Lichtbildausweises und das beigelegte Anmeldeblatt ausgefüllt beilegen
  • Bei Erhalt der Rücksendung stellt VIVID eine Mitgliedskarte aus (wird per Post zugeschickt)

Verlängerung

  • Wir bitten Sie, uns ca. zwei bis drei Tage vor Ablauf der Leihfrist Ihren Verlängerungswunsch (unter Angabe der Buchnummer) per E-Mail an info@vivid.at bekannt zu geben.
